Réparation par remplacement a domicile de la carte mère de mon oled panasonic sous garantie. Technicien compétent et sympa, ponctuel, et tout fait refonctionne ! Service réactif, j'ai été contacté 24h après mon mail a panasonic ! Le temps de commander la pièce télé réparée moins d'une semaine après ma demande. Parfait ! Merci 909 !

Suite à la demande d'un SAV pour mon lave vaisselle, l'entreprise 909 m'a contactée pour échanger sur ma demande et y répondre au mieux. Leur intérêt a été de m'apporter une réponse et de trouver la panne sans envoyer directement un technicien pour changer des pièces inutilement. La personne au téléphone a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes demandes et questions puis un technicien est intervenu une fois l'origine du problème trouvé. Que ce soit la personne au téléphone ou le technicien je suis vraiment satisfaite de leur intervention et n'hésiterai pas à les recontacter même en cas de panne hors SAV.
